Welcome to Valinor Partners Inc. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Valinor Partners Inc. We operate headoverheelsbooks.com and provide physical books, digital products, and subscription services (the "Services"), powered by Shopify.
By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Valinor Partners Inc. is a digital publishing company that produces and sells books, primarily fiction. We use AI-assisted tools to write and illustrate original titles, which we publish and sell directly to consumers through our own online store. The company generates revenue from direct book sales.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You may not transfer or sell your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We sell physical books, digital products, and subscription services. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Please review orders carefully before submitting — cancellation requests after acceptance may not be accommodated. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTION BILLING (THE CLASSIFIED WEEKLY)
The Classified Weekly is a recurring $9.99/month digital subscription.
By subscribing you authorize Valinor Partners Inc. to charge your payment method $9.99 every 30 days until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your subscription portal at headoverheelsbooks.com/account in under 3 clicks. Cancellation stops all future charges. Content already delivered is non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times. If payment cannot be collected your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds: A full refund is available within 30 days of your initial subscription charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
In compliance with FTC Click-to-Cancel requirements, cancellation is available through your customer portal without contacting customer support.
SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and to promptly update it as needed.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we transfer your order to the carrier. Digital products and subscription content are delivered via email — no shipping applies.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on headoverheelsbooks.com including text, images, graphics, and product designs is owned by Valinor Partners Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our Services may link to or integrate third-party platforms including Shopify, Seal Subscriptions, and Sendvio. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Valinor Partners Inc. is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Valinor Partners Inc. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Valinor Partners Inc., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you confirm you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions you grant Valinor Partners Inc. a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose including improving and promoting our Services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any feedback you submit.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
